Choice is very important to our buyers. When you build your home with Hartland Homes,  there are many financing choices offered by our preferred lenders.  Some of these programs include: FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA loans. You can put 20% down or nothing down* (must qualify for VA, NIFA HBA or USDA).   If you are a first time home buyer, you can take advantage of the NIFA program (www.nifa.org) with its great interest rate. Perhaps you are a parent looking to buy a home for your child, there is a loan program for you. Maybe your credit is not great; there may be a program for you. The fact is that there are so many different types of loans for different financial situations. Our agents, along with our preferred lenders, will help you look at the best programs and options so you can decide just how you would like to finance your home.
